The Traction Gap
You have the experience and are making a serious effort, but the market is not responding. The constraint is often a mismatch between target, positioning, evidence and access.
Career Strategy & Transition Advisory
I advise experienced professionals at high-stakes career inflection points. Together, we identify what is blocking movement, redesign the career architecture and build the position, evidence and market strategy required to move forward.

Who I Help
You may have strong experience and a credible track record, yet the next move is proving harder to create than it should. The issue often appears in one of three forms.
01
You have the experience and are making a serious effort, but the market is not responding. The constraint is often a mismatch between target, positioning, evidence and access.
02
Your career is successful, but the next level of compensation, autonomy or progression is no longer visible. The ceiling may belong to the market, geography or professional model rather than to your capability.
03
Redundancy, burnout, relocation or organisational change has made the previous strategy difficult to repeat. The moment may require a redesigned next chapter, not a replica of the past.
International repositioning can appear within any of these contexts. A strong career does not translate automatically across markets.
When a previously successful strategy stops working, capable professionals often respond with more applications, more networking and more document revisions. When greater effort continues to produce the same response, the constraint may sit elsewhere: in the target, the career architecture, the evidence, the positioning or the route to market.
Professional value is shaped by a system of connected decisions:
Changing one variable without examining the system rarely produces a different result.
The Career Architecture Method
A fixed strategic spine. Tailored decisions inside it.
Identify the real constraint.
Clarify criteria and trade-offs.
Design the strongest next chapter.
Define what the market should believe.
Build evidence, narrative and assets.
Test the position in the market.
Turn recognition into the right decision.
The sequence is directional, not rigid. Live opportunities and market feedback shape the pace and priorities.
Explore Ways to Work Together
I am Danielle Piellusch, a Career Strategy & Transition Advisor. I combine employer-side judgement, psychology and international career expertise to help experienced professionals redesign how their value reaches the market.
Online in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
A perspective built from both sides
Sixteen years in global recruitment, talent acquisition and executive search, including leadership work at multinational technology companies and Korn Ferry. I understand how recruiters and hiring leaders classify, question and de-risk a senior profile.
I work with the full system through which professional value is created, positioned and converted. Direction, architecture, evidence, narrative and market activation are connected parts of the same strategic work.
My training and experience as a psychologist help me recognise how professional identity, confidence, assumptions and established patterns influence career decisions. This is strategic advisory rather than therapy, but the psychology lens changes what I see.
Professional value does not translate automatically across countries, languages and employment models. My cross-border executive-search work and my own international career inform how I assess that translation.
Selected client outcomes
The common work is to identify what needs to change, make existing value legible and build a strategy the market can respond to.
Starting condition
Years of experience in one organisation or function, followed by a restructuring that made the previous path uncertain.
We identified the transferable value in the experience, evaluated adjacent directions and built a credible transition narrative. The professional moved into a new function without presenting the change as a career restart.
Starting condition
Strong performance within a locally capped salaried structure.
We reassessed geography, work model, positioning and commercial value. The professional moved into higher-value international consulting with greater autonomy and stronger earning potential.
Starting condition
Strong professional experience, but limited recognition in the intended country or market.
We clarified the target, translated the experience into locally relevant evidence and strengthened the explanation for the move. This created a credible route into the chosen geography and supported a successful international transition.
Examples are anonymised and details are generalised to protect client confidentiality.

Structured advisory engagement | Online
A structured advisory process for experienced professionals who need to redesign and move their next chapter from decision through market activation and opportunity conversion.
Included
The Programme provides a strategic process, judgement and tools. It is not recruitment, placement or unlimited document production, and it does not guarantee a specific role, timeline or financial outcome.
I work with a limited number of Programme clients at a time to protect the depth and responsiveness of the work. If you are ready to begin, contact me to confirm current availability. I will reply personally with the service agreement, payment details and onboarding steps.

Inside the Career Architecture Programme
The Programme moves through three connected phases. The sequence provides structure, while the emphasis is adapted to the decision, market and live opportunities involved.
01
We define the decision, criteria, constraints and trade-offs that should shape the next move. We evaluate the relevant combination of role, market, geography, work model, seniority, reward and life fit.
Typical milestone
A Career Architecture Brief establishing the working direction, exclusions and market hypothesis.
02
We examine how the market currently reads the profile and decide what should lead. We identify credible evidence, transferable value and the narrative required to make the intended move understandable.
Typical milestone
A Market-Ready Positioning Pack, which may include the value proposition, evidence bank, transition narrative, spoken pitch and the architecture for CV and LinkedIn.
03
We take the position into the market through focused organisations, conversations and opportunities. Market response becomes evidence. We learn what creates recognition, adjust what does not and strengthen decision-making around live opportunities.
Typical milestone
A focused Market Activation Strategy and a 60 to 90 Day Action Plan that can be continued independently.
Depending on the objective and live opportunities, the work may also include target-company mapping, networking and outreach tools, interview preparation, opportunity evaluation and negotiation support.
01
Book the Diagnostic when the real constraint or direction needs to be identified. If you already recognise the need for the full process, you may start with the Programme directly.
02
Diagnostic payment instructions follow booking. Programme clients receive availability confirmation, the service agreement, private payment details and onboarding steps.
03
Start with the level of support that matches the decision in front of you. The Diagnostic can stand alone or lead into the full Programme.
Not necessarily. If the real constraint or direction still needs to be identified, the Diagnostic is the recommended starting point. If you already recognise the need for the full structured process and are ready to begin, you may start with the Programme directly.
Yes. The documents are downstream of the strategy. The work determines what they must communicate, to whom, with which evidence and for which market. CV and LinkedIn may be outputs of the work, but they are not the strategy itself.
The work is best described as strategic advisory. It is structured, decision-oriented and grounded in how professional value reaches the market. My psychology background informs my judgement, but this is not therapy or psychological treatment.
Direction, architecture, positioning, evidence, market activation and feedback are different jobs. The sequence allows decisions to be translated and tested rather than only discussed.
This is not recruitment or placement. Relevant introductions may support the process when there is a clear fit and the position is ready. The method also builds an access system the client can continue independently.
Geography and work model are part of the career architecture. We examine how they affect market recognition, opportunity, reward and life fit rather than treating them as secondary considerations.
Yes. Sessions are available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Written work is produced in the language most useful for the relevant market.
For the Diagnostic, payment instructions are provided after booking and the appointment is confirmed once payment is received. For the Programme, contact me to confirm current availability. I will then send the service agreement, private payment details and onboarding steps. A Programme place is confirmed once the agreement is signed and payment is received.
If the strategy that built your career is no longer creating the next opportunity, the Career Strategy Diagnostic is the place to identify what needs to change.
